1. How long does shipping take?

All orders ship for free and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.


2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to track your package.


3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, there are no restocking fees, and all items are eligible for return. For more details, see our [Return & Refund Policy].


4. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.


8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at astellishop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
